We believe that great communities are grown together, from the very beginning. That’s why before any plans are finalized, we’re inviting you to join us for a Community Design Workshop—a collaborative process where your voice helps shape the vision. This workshop, often called a “charrette,” is an open and interactive design session. Over several days, neighbors, designers, and developers will gather to share ideas, ask questions, and sketch possibilities in real time. It’s a chance to participate at the very inception of Fielden and ensure the future reflects the values and spirit of the Auburn area.

Here’s what you can expect: the process begins with an opening presentation, where we’ll introduce the concept of an agrihood and the heart behind Fielden. Following that, there will be themed discussions on topics such as conservation, wellness, gathering spaces, and architectural style. You’ll also have the opportunity to drop by during open studio hours. These will be held in Downtown Waverly, where our design team will be working live—turning community input into visual concepts you can see taking shape. Finally, the week concludes with a closing presentation, where we’ll share the ideas and plans that emerged through the workshop.

Your involvement is simple but vital: bring your voice, your perspective, and your hopes for what this new community could become. Whether you stop in for a single session or attend the full workshop, your input will play an important role in shaping Fielden.
